Return/Refund Policy

Returns are accepted for unused items within 30 days for a full refund minus shipping and handling. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (Paypal or credit card). Shipping Policy

Items are shipped from our offices in New Jersey via USPS or UPS. Most items are shipped within 1-2 business days. If you are establishing a merchant account with EPIC Merchant Systems or if you already have a merchant account with us, please let us know and we will program your terminal before shipping.
